We are seeking a talented marketing professional to join our team and drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

About the Role

This role involves developing and executing high-quality digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month to educate and inform clients about our services.
  • Create and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Content Creation
  • Produce a minimum of 8 social posts per month to engage with clients and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to create compelling video content for social media.
  • Write and publish 1 blog article each month to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Develop 1 case study each month to highlight successful projects and client outcomes.
Lead Management
  • Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week and research their ICP fit.
  • Provide lead scoring and notes for the BDM to ensure effective lead follow-up.
Brand Development
  • Deliver 6-12 creative assets per month to support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain a high-quality brand asset library and ensure all visuals align with our brand identity.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
Reporting and Optimization
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube analytics.
  • Recommend 1 idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
