Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in market research or syndicated data firms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating Excel reports, PowerPoint slides, and other data visualizations to support our clients' analytics agenda. They will also contribute to the automation of standardized reports within our team, including report setup, execution, and updating.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transfer data and information into standard formats and templates
  2. Scope, populate, and periodically refresh client deliverables (format including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications)
  3. Conduct quality control processes: diagnosing and troubleshooting to ensure outputs are timely and error-free
  4. Analyze data to generate insights and findings and share directly with clients
  5. Contribute to the process that automates standard reporting

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
