Job Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security infrastructure of clients, ensuring seamless protection against various threats.

  • Monitoring and managing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, and network security.
  • Responding to and resolving security incidents, such as incident investigations, malware detections, and vulnerability scans.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving security threats and providing in-depth analysis for security communication with clients.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and providing recommendations for enhancing their security posture and adhering to compliance standards.

This involves monitoring and maintaining client security systems, responding to security alerts, analyzing vulnerability scans, researching new security trends, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SOC standards.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in security analysis and management within an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security Solutions, Network Security devices, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, Incident Management, and enterprise cybersecurity policies.
