We are seeking a skilled Patient Record Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately encoding patient records, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with the team for seamless data management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Encode patient records, including laboratory result values, prescriptions, and receipts, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the patient database
  • Identify and flag outliers or potential data issues for review
  • Ensure that all documents are encoded accurately, as they play a vital role in informing patient treatment plans and supporting medical professionals
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data management

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in data encoding or a related field
  • Must work onsite in Makati
