Our organization is looking for an accounting professional to join our team and play a vital role in the management of our company finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage various contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.
  • Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of all accounts as needed.
  • Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process.
  • Gather relevant data for the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records at all times.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
  • Knowledge of US taxation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel.
  • Technical expertise and familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work non-traditional hours.
