Senior Game Experience Developer

The ideal candidate is a perfectionist who pays close attention to detail and strives for excellence in all aspects of their work.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
  • Contribute to the design process by participating in brainstorming sessions and reviews, providing constructive feedback as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with designers to develop engaging level content across various projects.
  • Pitch innovative ideas or concepts to capture user interest in existing games.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers to create new content for multiple projects.
  • Review and revise levels with the design team.
  • Analyze performance data to inform level tuning decisions.
  • Lead a team of designers to build levels for diverse games and game modes.
  • Design obstacles and features in collaboration with the design team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1+ year experience as a level designer or similar role in casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Proficiency in Unity 3D is required.
  • Experience developing games across all platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
  • In-depth understanding of F2P/casual level design principles.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Experience as a level designer on puzzle games.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve continuously.

Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile development methodologies and experience working on casual FTP games is preferred.
