We are looking for a creative professional to help shape the future of entertainment. Imagine a world where gamers, viewers, and creators come together in a unique digital universe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging storylines and editing compelling video content. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role
  • Pitch new video ideas that capture the imagination of our audience.
  • Develop first-draft edits with engaging storylines.
  • Create multiple edited intro's per week.
  • Meet daily approval targets for long-form and short-form video ideas.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Retain at least 60% of viewers on each new video.
  • Maintain an end-of-intro retention rate of at least 70%.
  • Achieve a click-through rate of at least 11% on new idea pitches.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time job requiring a minimum of 10 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.

Monday: Focus on developing first-draft story cuts and finalizing approved video ideas.

Tuesday: Continue working on first-draft story cuts, finalize briefings for additional shots, and send for approval. Analyze data and learn from it in team meetings.

Thursday: Finalize five approved intro edits and two approved video ideas.

Friday: Finalize one approved story cut and two approved video ideas.
