Scrum Master Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this Scrum Master role will guide, coach, and support digital programs to ensure goals are accomplished. Agile practices are followed, and website success is supported.

  • Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation, and reporting project status and results.
  • Ensure partner creates and runs proper tests (incl. functional tests)
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
  • Organize team ways of working (meet targets and goals, provide solutions, follow estimates and deadlines)

A successful Scrum Master with outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills is required. 1-2 years experience as a Scrum Master for a web development project or in an agile development environment is necessary.

The ideal candidate should be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with team members across multiple levels, have strong interpersonal collaboration skills, and be able to work with remote stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.

A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent training is highly desirable.
