As a skilled facade engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing building inspection data provided by our AI platform and generating comprehensive engineering reports for clients.

You will collaborate directly with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, assisting them in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties.

To succeed in this role, you must ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis.

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere, managing communication and project deliverables effectively across different time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients, are required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting is crucial.
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools is highly valued.
