Pastry Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at HOLA PARADE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite desserts and confections that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pastry section of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations.
  • Prepare ingredients, handle baking equipment, and create visually stunning pastries and desserts.
  • Develop new recipes for seasonal menus, incorporating creative and artistic flair.
  • Supervise and train staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of baking techniques and sanitation principles.
  • Artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 700.00 per day, plus benefits including employee discount, opportunities for promotion, paid training, and rotational shift scheduling.
