Job Description

As a Master Pastry Craftsman at HR Network Incorporated, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, primarily focused on bread. You will ensure the cleanliness of the area and plan daily operations and supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for quality control, proper storage of supplies, following recipes, and maintaining recipe files.

You will also be responsible for the proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and items. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in ensuring the success of our bakery.

Requirements

To be successful as a Master Pastry Craftsman at HR Network Incorporated, you must have at least 2 years of college-level education and 2 years of work experience in commercial bakeries. You should possess excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and be amenable to working late shifts, weekends, and holidays. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000 per month, depending on experience.
