Job Overview

The Accounting and Payroll Associate will play a vital role in supporting our Site Managers, Admin and Finance Functional Group, Executive management Committee, Hansei partners, and clients. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets to ensure accuracy of labor hours committed to projects, updating employee loans and payments, and preparing payroll data. You will also be responsible for monitoring Revolving Funds, preparing and monitoring Daily Financial Cash Flow Disbursement schedules, reconciling Bank records with fund management at site, and processing bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawal, and encashment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and audit timesheets to ensure accuracy of labor hours committed to projects
  • Update employee loans and payments
  • Prepare payroll data
  • Monitor Revolving Funds
  • Prepare and monitor Daily Financial Cash Flow Disbursement schedules
  • Reconcile Bank records with fund management at site
  • Process bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawal, and encashment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
