Chief Financial Associate

This role involves reviewing policy documentation, creating ledger transactions, emailing invoices daily, and processing corrections to the ledger system. It requires a college degree or equivalent experience in accounting, basic understanding of accounting principles, and previous experience as a Bookkeeper is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of policy documentation including declaration pages and finance agreements.
- Creating general ledger invoice transactions accurately.
- Emailing invoices on a daily basis for timely payments.
- Billing corrections to the ledger system promptly.
- Daily processing of 75-100 invoices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role is highly desirable.
