Job Title: Network Architecture Manager

Job Description

The role of a Network Architecture Manager is to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's global network infrastructure. This includes ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the network.

This position requires strong leadership skills to direct and manage daily activities of the Network Architecture and Operations Teams. The manager will supervise and mentor network engineers and operations associates, assigning duties, preparing performance reviews, and fostering professional development.

The Network Architecture Manager will act as a primary escalation point for technical and operational issues. They will design, plan, and implement network installation projects, ensuring adherence to technical and operational requirements.

The manager will develop and enforce network architecture, standards, and policies for LAN, WAN, and telecommunications technologies. They will conduct capacity planning and network analysis to ensure the scalability and reliability of infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of network architecture
  • Managing day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization's WAN and LAN infrastructure
  • Overseeing technical and operational support of the network
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enforce information security policies and remediate non-compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience managing network infrastructure in a mid-to-large enterprise
  • Experience supervising network architecture and operations teams; Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Strong experience with network security, including experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
