Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse laboratory analyses for diagnostic and clinical studies.
• Manage daily lab operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
• Analyze data generated during lab activities and present findings to the project's scientific manager.
• Conduct equipment checks and maintenance to guarantee optimal performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the lab's quality policy.

• Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with sterile lab work and cell culture is an asset but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude.
