We are seeking a Diagnostics Specialist to support our diagnostic laboratory in Los Banos.

• You will be responsible for performing various laboratory analyses for diagnostic and clinical studies.
• Manage the daily operations of the lab, process data generated during lab activities, and assist with equipment checks and maintenance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the lab's daily quality policy.
• May work in one or more of our lab departments based on your knowledge and interests.

• A bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent experience is required.
• Prior experience with sterile lab work and cell culture is highly beneficial.
• Must work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Innovative mindset and a proactive attitude.
