The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator leads the recruitment process for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure studies meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations via custom tools, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
- Optimize sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies, coordinating with assistants to maximize available options for maximum results.
- Develop a sampling plan for allocated projects.
- Liaise with other teams to leverage internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
- Review projects regularly, informing project managers when internal strategies have been exhausted.
- Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
- Ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
- Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
- Utilize M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools effectively.
- Address stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to discuss specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Take notes and fill checklists during key meetings, sharing them with attendees afterwards.
- Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring interviews are conducted on time and as planned.
- Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance.
- Support PMs in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing in a timely manner.
- Configure Dynamic Audiences on projects based on clients' specifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
- 0-1 year of market research experience.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
- Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
- Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
- Interest/natural curiosity or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
