Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the contracting and credentialing field, with knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-entity organization in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Contracting & Credentialing Lead or similar role.
  • Plastic and Dermatology experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical terminology, revenue cycle processes, and coding.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Contracting and Credentialing System usage experience is a plus.
  • Strategy and negotiation tactics with Contracting and Credentialing is a plus.
