Job Summary:

KMC Solutions seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and Oracle Electronic Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle payroll runs
  • Compile and accurately enter data for new hires, employee-initiated changes, and wage garnishments
  • Audit employees' electronic timecard records for compliance with established Payroll standards
  • Verify back-up for each payroll meets standard operating processes, audit, and retention requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of payroll experience in the responsibilities listed above and/or closely related accounting experience
  • Workday experience required and ADP Workforce Now and Oracle EBS or related payroll and accounting software experience is highly preferred
