Job Overview

MIESCOR Builders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the validation and updating of International employee data onto SAP and Master Data.

You will play a key role in leading projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data. This includes separating and clearing employees, leading mass data change projects and processes, and maintaining currency of documented processes.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), TalentLink modules and Workforce Analytics (WFA)
  • Daily oversight of the HR Data Steward mailbox (intake/triage), including issues and escalations as required
  • Ensuring data access authorizations in accordance with privacy controls
  • Developing requirements documentation and conducting analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Graduate in BS Psychology or Human Resources, preferably Industrial Engineering course.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data.
