We are seeking a talented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, developing and maintaining data management protocols and standards, and collaborating with various teams to implement system upgrades and new features.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data management protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR Transformation and Technology team, IT and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of system upgrades and new features.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities and patches.
  • Take an active role in Release Management and the planning, communication and validation of new software upgrades and releases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS support or a related role.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Experience in data management and reporting.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
