Job OverviewRole Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Finance Support Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Monitor and track collection and accounts receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  3. Review and process sales orders created in NAV, guaranteeing timely approvals.
  4. Review JCEs under PMS against the Masterfile to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Prepare payroll summaries and other HR functions, providing essential support to the team.
  6. Prepare daily location monitoring of personnel, fostering a culture of accountability.
  7. Review requisition slips subject for processing, streamlining administrative tasks.
  8. Monitor PDC, open dated checks, and returned checks to prevent any discrepancies.
  9. Update account jackets/invoice monitoring, maintaining up-to-date records.
