Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Broker to join our team at EastWest Bank. As an Account Broker, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell non-life insurance products to assigned markets, including Auto Loan, Home Loan, and RBG
  • Cross-sell and up-sell other non-life insurance products outside of the bank's requirements
  • Establish and strengthen close relationships with clients to drive sales and retention
  • Closely monitor and follow up on policy renewals to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong negotiation, telemarketing, and sales skills
  • At least 1 year of work experience in non-life insurance sales or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy
  • Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig City
