Job Description: Technical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Systems Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process service requests efficiently, gathering necessary information to plan and request changes to our IT infrastructure.
  • Plan, test, and implement request for changes involving network, server, voice, and other related core communication and server infrastructure services.
  • Evaluate planned requests for changes to ensure they are reviewed and approved before implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal IT operations teams to coordinate tasks as part of normal operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on assigned service requests and request for changes.
  • Communicate effectively with concerned teams, vendors, and/or third-party stakeholders during operations escalations.
Requirements:
  • Responsible for processing service requests based on agreed targets by gathering necessary information to plan and request changes in the IT infrastructure.
  • Planning, testing, and implementation of request for changes involving network, server, voice, and other related core communication and server infrastructure services.
  • Ensures that planned requests for changes are reviewed and approved before implementation.
  • Coordinating tasks to internal IT operations as part of normal operations.
  • Providing timely and accurate update and information on assigned service request and request for changes.
  • Timely communication for assigned request for changes which cannot be implemented as planned due unforeseen circumstances.
