Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client transactions and ledgers
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding their account status
  • Review and resolve client requests and concerns in a professional manner
  • Analyze and review monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA) and other notices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify and process back-outs, refunds, transfers, and other adjustments as needed
  • Prepare Clearance Forms for unit transfers and other modifications upon receipt of request
  • Facilitate payment-related concerns and re-openings of units
  • Conduct move-in orientations for new clients and facilitate the acceptance process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
