Job Title: Senior Application Development Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to serve as an on-site technical lead in support of obtaining the required technical information for application and engineering teams. This will involve leading technical discussions with customers, providing regular technical status reports, and planning labor requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading testing and commissioning activities, ensuring quality of testing activities and documentation meets customer standards, and supporting submittal preparation. Additionally, you will obtain customer approval for basic and detailed design of integrated solutions and work closely with project managers to ensure relevant timelines are met.

Technical expertise in Programmable Logic Controller, SCADA, and DDC Controllers development and implementation for redundant system architectures on HVAC applications is essential. You will also review and validate technical choices compliance with design and collaborate with global engineering teams and site teams to produce engineering submittals.

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams while complying with global standards. Key qualifications include a University Bachelor/Master Engineering Degree, fluency in English, and 5 years leading technical projects or as Solution Application Engineer for large and international Customer projects.

Proven expertise in BMS/EMS platforms, excellent problem-solving and organization skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and company colleagues are required.
