SEO Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will lead search engine optimization initiatives across multiple projects, driving organic growth and managing complex SEO campaigns in a highly competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies for i-gaming brands and projects, ensuring strategic thinking and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis, focusing on gaming, sports betting, and casino verticals.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and technical elements to improve search rankings, leveraging advanced knowledge of SEO tools and international SEO principles.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform SEO and content strategies.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices, applying analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years in managerial or senior leadership positions in SEO or digital marketing, with proven experience in the i-gaming industry (online casino, sports betting, or related gaming verticals).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously, achieving measurable organic traffic growth and ranking improvements.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation, as well as proficiency in content management systems and SEO plugins.
  • Familiarity with international SEO and hreflang implementation, responsible gaming practices, and their impact on content strategy, as well as awareness of payment processing and licensing considerations affecting SEO.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, manage remote or distributed teams, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
