**Job Overview:**

Execo Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Contract Specialist to join our Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role is ideal for a legal professional with at least 5 years of solid contracts negotiation and drafting experience, strong international exposure, and a keen interest in AI legal tech.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for contract-related matters while also assisting with in-house legal responsibilities, including customer onboarding, contract drafting and review, and legal & compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the go-to expert on contract negotiation, review and drafting for CLM implementations and other services.
  • Draft and/or review contract redlining rulebooks for use in CLM implementations.
  • Attend client-facing meetings and support the Sales & Marketing team and Customer Success teams as the legal expert who can communicate our services and processes with our customer's legal representatives.
  • Provide training and best practices on contract management and negotiation.
In-House Legal Support:
  • Assist the Chief Legal Officer in handling day-to-day legal matters.
  • Negotiate and review client and supplier contracts.
  • Support legal and compliance monitoring to mitigate risks.
  • Oversee corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on legal issues.
