About the Position

We are looking for a senior digital marketing associate who can help us create, manage, and execute our email marketing and social media campaigns for many of our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with these marketing tools and strategies, and will be able to work directly with account managers to deliver custom artwork for social media and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include designing images and videos in Canva and Adobe for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns, executing postings on LinkedIn, optimizing content, hashtags, tagging, and more, as well as providing analytics on campaign performance and creating reports for account managers. Other responsibilities include creating and executing email marketing campaigns, creating segments and targeted lists in email marketing platforms, and providing analytics on campaign performance. The candidate will also be expected to use Google Sheets to follow the content calendar and provide updates, and use Asana to get assigned tasks, comment on tasks, and mark tasks as complete.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe, Canva, and email marketing
  • Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail, be a self-starter, and be consistently motivated to bring creative solutions to work
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus
