About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Review customer purchase orders to validate key information, including installed products, bill-to accounts, and payment conditions.
  • Book and set billing plans for services contracts in our ERP system.
  • Manage order execution, including coordinating with planners, spare parts teams, shipping teams, sales, and customers.
  • Assist project execution teams with contract administration, delay notices, pricing, and claims management.
  • Continuously monitor and manage the backlog, providing transparency to the service organization.
  • Manage invoicing and payment in close collaboration with credit management and tax departments.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in a service planning/coordination role with technical knowledge.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, data centers, electrical distribution, and/or cooling systems is an advantage.
