Fundamental Job Expectations:

As a Server Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests. Your duties will include greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests while ensuring the overall dining experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Establish a rapport with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

• Order Management: Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas to provide a comfortable environment for our guests.

• Payment Processing: Handle payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

• Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries in a professional manner.

• Teamwork and Multitasking: Work collaboratively with the team to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to maintain a high level of quality service.

• Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills to accurately handle transactions and maintain a cash register.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or equivalent.

• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
