We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including market research, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Create high-quality online marketing content, such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, and website content.\
  • Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other necessary channels.\
  • Develop and maintain our newsletter campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and engaging content.\
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, incorporating email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, and other relevant strategies.\
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create weekly and monthly reports, and propose actionable plans to enhance performance.\
  • Maintain open communication with clients, discussing marketing performance, addressing issues, and finding effective solutions.\
  • Meet project deadlines, delivering high-quality drafts and/or finished projects on time.\
  • Create content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and all necessary materials.\
  • Collaborate in the development of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing valuable insights.\\$ li>Embody the company's voice and branding across all efforts, showcasing consistency and professionalism.\\$ ul>Requirements
    • A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
    • A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
    • Ability to work standard business hours (8am-5pm EST).
    • Creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
