Job Summary

As a skilled loan processor, you will be responsible for managing new applications and valuations, conducting follow-ups with providers, and developing strong relationships with third-party introduces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new loan applications and valuations, ensuring timely completion of data entry within relevant systems
  • Organize and order valuation quotes and reports, maintaining accurate records
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with providers to achieve positive customer experiences
  • Perform searches and verify information in line with company guidelines, upholding high standards of accuracy
  • Develop strong working relationships with third-party introduces, ensuring service levels are consistently met
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit team, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role or similar, demonstrating a high level of competence
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly when completing data entry tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed
  • An analytical mindset, capable of solving problems and finding innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Confidence in working under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, seeing projects through to successful completion
  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry is highly regarded, as is enthusiasm and interest in mortgage credit assessment
