Job Description

As a Mortgage Support Professional, you will play a critical role in our mission by providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, documenting and logging issues, and working with customers to resolve their concerns.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the mortgage or loan origination industry. You should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in written communication and fluency in English.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to work effectively in a remote environment, using tools such as ZenDesk and Google Drive. Experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets is also a plus.
