SEO Strategist / Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking SEO Strategist / Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our content marketing agency, you will be responsible for designing and executing cutting-edge SEO strategies that drive measurable growth for ambitious B2B brands.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as expertise in AI-driven changes in search. They will be proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4, and have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Apply the latest AI breakthroughs in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Use GEO tools (e.g., Gumshoe, Geostar, Profound) to identify ranking opportunities in AI-driven SERPs.
  • Research high-value keyword opportunities across traditional search and platforms (YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).

You will thrive in this role if you are deeply curious about how AI is reshaping search, love experimenting with new tools, and can balance strategic insights with hands-on execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of SEO strategy or analysis experience (agency or in-house).
  • Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven changes in search (AEO, GEO).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience leading client-facing conversations and presentations.
  • Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals.
  • Naturally curious, always testing new approaches.
