Technical Support Trainee Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our technical support team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and developing essential skills for a future career in technical support.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to understand and troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.
  • Assist clients in navigating our products, providing clear instructions and guidance in a user-friendly manner.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Develop effective communication skills to deliver technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Loves solving problems and has analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
  • Strictly follows established procedures.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts is beneficial.
