As a skilled healthcare recruiter, you will play a vital role in enhancing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide. Your goal will be to optimize every aspect of anesthesia care delivery, seamlessly integrating each stage of the process.

In this critical role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen healthcare providers for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain all needed and valid credentials of healthcare providers working for our organization.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Remain accessible by phone and text for at least a few hours outside your regular working schedule to handle urgent matters.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior recruiting experience is preferred; transferable skills are considered.
  • Highly organized with leadership abilities to enhance interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Capable of handling urgent matters and meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (preferred).
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time Business Hours.
