Your primary focus will be on designing and maintaining custom layouts, dashboards, and reports within the ERP, auditing reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and clarity, and developing KPI dashboards and analytic tools in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to cleanse and standardize data sets, maintain and update the company intranet, ensuring timely and accurate content, and collaborate with departments to publish announcements, knowledge base articles, and resources.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring uptime and data integrity, manage user roles, permissions, and system performance within the ERP, and oversee data quality across OneDrive, the ERP system, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and maintain custom layouts, dashboards, and reports within the ERP.
  2. Audit reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and clarity.
