Online Virtual Educators Needed

We are seeking an exceptional Educator to join our team of Virtual Teachers. As a Virtual Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality online instruction to students in grades 6-12.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.

In addition to developing lesson plans, you will also be responsible for integrating technology to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen understanding. You will deliver live lessons synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum) and grade assignments to track progress and support student growth.

As a Virtual Teacher, you will represent the Proximity Learning brand and mission in all interactions. You will also provide constructive feedback to support student learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have an active US state-issued teaching certification in ELA (6-12), proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources, and one or more years of teaching experience.
