Responsibilities- Compile data; draft letters and documents as needed
- Enter and retrieve data from CRM and Document Management tools
- Maintain CRM client information with relevant updates
- Create reports from CRM and providers portals; provide analysis to stakeholders
- Research business requirements and process improvement/automation efforts
- Support special projects for the team as required
