Lead Game Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Game Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

About the Role:

  • Create innovative game designs that meet our high standards of quality and engagement.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless execution of game designs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
  • Collaborate with other designers to create cohesive and well-rounded game experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
  • At least 1+ year of experience as a Lead Game Designer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Unity 3D or other game development engines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM or JIRA project management tools.
