We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager with extensive experience in the i-gaming industry to lead our search engine optimization initiatives across multiple projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive organic growth while managing complex, multi-site SEO campaigns in a highly competitive and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Strategy Development
    • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple i-gaming brands and projects simultaneously
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis specific to gaming, sports betting, and casino verticals
    • Optimize website architecture, content, and technical elements to improve search rankings
    • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
    • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices
  • Team Leadership & Project Management
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with development, content, and marketing teams
    • Manage multiple concurrent SEO projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
    • Allocate resources effectively across different projects
    • Establish and maintain SEO workflows, processes, and documentation
  • I-Gaming Expertise
    • Navigate complex regulatory requirements and compliance considerations across different jurisdictions
    • Understand geo-targeting strategies for various markets and licensing restrictions
    • Develop content strategies that balance user engagement with responsible gaming messaging
    • Implement SEO tactics suitable for high-competition gaming keywords and affiliate marketing
  • Technical SEO & Analytics
    • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements
    • Collaborate with development teams on website performance optimization
    • Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Search Console, and specialized SEO tools
    • Analyze user behavior data to inform SEO and content strategies
    Requirements
    Experience Requirements
    • Minimum 3+ years in managerial or senior leadership positions in SEO or digital marketing
    • Proven experience in the i-gaming industry (online casino, sports betting, or related gaming verticals)
    • Demonstrated success managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously
    • Track record of achieving measurable organic traffic growth and ranking improvements
    Desirable Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console
    • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation
    • Experience with content management systems and SEO plugins
