Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap that aligns with enterprise and technology goals.
  • Technology Leadership: Make high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches, evaluating emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Team Guidance and Development: Mentor and guide the architecture team, promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
