About This Role
We're seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Area Head, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating schedules, meeting arrangements, and logistical requirements
- Managing correspondence, documents, and calls for the Area Office
- Acting as the main coordinator for Branch Banking related events and custodian for Department supplies and equipment
- Maintaining confidentiality of records, reports, and information prepared, maintained, and handled
- Attending to incoming calls and messages, screening calls courteously, and referring directly to concerned persons that can be readily acted upon
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinating and arranging internal activities and events in the assigned area
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with 2 years of secretarial experience
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large amounts of information
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
