Job Title:
Programmatic Media Specialist / Campaign Optimization Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage programmatic media campaigns to drive business results.
- BUILD AUDIENCE SEGMENTS IN ONE BASED ON CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS, ensuring accurate targeting and optimal ROI.
- Automate PMP DEAL ID GENERATION AND CURATION, streamlining campaign setup and execution.
- Select and curate inventory packages aligned to target segments, maximizing campaign performance.
- Configure and test ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms, ensuring seamless execution.
- Verify campaign QA checklists and secure internal sign-off, guaranteeing high-quality output.
- Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors, proactively addressing issues.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange), minimizing downtime.
- Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports, driving data-driven decisions.
- Identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly, optimizing campaign performance.
- Manage campaign margin versus target, proposing optimizations to protect profitability.
- Serve as first-line technical support for delivery issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering, ensuring timely resolution.
- Research, document, and publish new curation and optimization techniques into the TAM Handbook, sharing knowledge with peers.
- Share best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies, promoting skill development.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange), with a strong understanding of their nuances.
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes, ensuring seamless execution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection, driving business results.
- Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration.
