About Us:

Robinsons Department Stores is a leading retailer committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business studies or administration, with a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail/service-oriented companies. You should be able to work effectively on a shifting schedule and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of store facilities, including electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
  • E nsure all areas of responsibility are kept clean and tidy according to the highest sanitary and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with security personnel to ensure effective handling of customer service and pilferage issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistics, Protective Services/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail/service-oriented companies.
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
