We are seeking a skilled Structural Facade Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills with expertise in structural engineering and facade inspection.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing building inspection data provided by our AI platform and generating comprehensive engineering reports for clients. You will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, assist them in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties, and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
