About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to our dynamic Australian fintech organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute comprehensive E2E test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of web application testing experience.
  • Proven ability to write formal test cases and use pertinent test techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
  • Proven experience with Mobile testing or Responsive Design testing.
  • Good understanding of Automation testing.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Automated scripting experience - CSS, Javascript, HTML, Xpath.
  • Experience in Automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
  • Experience in Jmeter, Load Runner, and Locust.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

This is a full-time position following a standard schedule.
