About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HRIS System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Business UAT preparation, user stories, test cases, and personas
  2. Level 1 UAT support and troubleshooting
  3. Training development with project teams and running training sessions
  4. Discovery project team member, requiring system knowledge and technical connection
  5. Design project member, completing workbooks with SME oversight
  6. System build knowledge in preparation for business go-live
  7. Data preparation and configuration for data specialist
  8. In-charge of system outages, level 1 support for day-to-day system failures
  9. Basic knowledge of integration suite for failure response
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with HRIS tools (preferably SuccessFactors) in configuring, designing, building, documenting, and implementing is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with payroll (both PH and AU) would be advantageous.
