We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team at AltPayNet Corp.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop system specifications, case studies, and gap analysis to drive project success.
  • Provide technical documentation and guidelines for the development team.
  • Conduct software and hardware license testing and provide recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.
  • Analyze and resolve development and service issues.
  • Setup and installation of various services including web, email, and database.
  • Participate in software release and post-release activities, including support for product launch evangelism and competitive analysis.
  • Test software, define acceptance testing, and gather feedback from pre-release testers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in the payment/fintech industry and BancNet.
  • Solid programming skills with experience in software design, coding, debugging, documentation, and testing.
  • Experience in software development and delivery best practices such as TDD and CI/CD.
  • Graduate of a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
  • Prior experience in payment and banking API integrations.
  • 4-5+ years of professional work experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with or lead a team to brainstorm and create new products.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Makati.
